iPad extension - memory limit?

I've got the newest WebMatrix version downloaded, and have installed the iPad extension.

A real iPad would have a CPU speed (x.x ghz) and Memory (2gb RAM)

Not sure if this is even possible, but:

How do I see what this simulation has regarding the above?

How do i set the max Memory limit?
